Nextwave’s game ‘Race with Words’ wins Google Chrome App Developer Challenge.

After a lot of hard work and talent poured in, Nextwave’s game ‘Race With Words’ won the Google Chrome App developer Challenge.
This is an initiative by Google Education in association with US Aid, 10000 Spark Ups and Read Alliance. The Challenge was to develop a Chrome based app for kids between 6-10 years to help them read better, The Developer Challenge spanned across 4 months, starting from 5th July 2014 (Initiating the Hackathon) to 3rd November when the results were announced through Google Hangouts, on Air.
As a reward, the Top Three Apps will be featured on the Google Chrome Webstore for a period of three months and the team that designs the best App will be gifted a Chromebook by Google.
