The top management of Karma is paranoid about Quality and they come with a track record of establishing highest standards in quality in their former organizations. The goal of Karma is to achieve Level 4 in SEI CMM Assessment by Year 2002 and move to Level 5 by Year 2004. The quality process manual is under preparation and would be put into the intranet so that people use and adapt the process as a part of their working style.

The management of Karma recognizes that what is not measured cannot be controlled; and what cannot be controlled cannot be managed. Quality control will be deployed at all stages of the product life cycle and the audited results will be documented and measurements recorded in the SEPG guidelines. The QMS (Quality Management System) also believes in adapting customers quality practices into its own project management, thus providing continuity and flexibility to its customers. Karma is in the process of identifying the lead assessor organization in its quality journey.
