A good understanding of low poly construct, game metrics, game architecture and ability to use Unity 3D is required along with a real great understanding of game design and creating assets. We work exclusively with Blender, so you should have at least 6 months of experience working with Blender and you should also have at least 3 years of experience in the domain.
